a) To check works carried out by different contractors, specially
Plumbing joints, electrical layout etc. and to test and verify
Before certifying final bills of contractor.

b) To take appropriate guarantee of works executed from the
Respective agencies; especially from plumber & electrician.

c) To consult principal architect & structural engineer
Wherever any alterations and additions are involved, and to
Design or plan the same if permitted and not otherwise.

d) To provide full set of all working drawings according to
Which work is executed, to the client, as permanent record.
